BOOKING TERMS
These terms apply to all bookings made through InnStyle, email, phone, or other channels.
7. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed after receipt of deposit or full payment.
Rates are quoted per room per night unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3PM
Check-out: 10AM
Early arrival or late departure must be arranged in advance and may incur charges.
9. Payment Terms
We accept payment through InnStyle or other approved methods.
Full payment may be required before arrival.We may cancel bookings if payment is not received on time.
10. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 14 before arrival.
After that deposits are non-refundable.
No-shows are charged in full.
Early departure is not refundable.
Under EU consumer protection rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services booked for specific dates.
By confirming a booking, guests accept this cancellation policy.
11. Force Majeure
If events outside our control prevent your stay, we may offer alternative dates or credit rather than a refund.
12. Guest Conduct
Guests must respect other guests, staff, neighbours, and property.
No parties, illegal activity, or excessive noise.
We reserve the right to end a stay without refund if these rules are broken.
13. Farm Safety
Eikehof Farm is a working farm with animals, equipment, and uneven ground.
Guests must follow safety instructions.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests enter the farm at their own risk.
14. Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for damage to rooms, furniture, or property caused during their stay.
We may charge reasonable repair or replacement costs.
Eikehof Farm is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.
15. Lost Property
Lost items found will be kept for a limited period. Return shipping costs are the guest’s responsibility.
16. Right to Cancel by Eikehof
We may cancel a booking if:
• Safety rules are not followed
• Fraud or incorrect information is provided
• Events beyond our control occurA refund or alternative dates will be offered where appropriate.
17. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Eikehof Farm is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from farm activities, natural hazards, animals, or guest negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
18. Travel Insurance
Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, and property loss.
19. Smoking and Pets
Smoking only in designated areas.Pets only with prior approval.Extra cleaning or damage costs may apply.
20. Events and Visitors
Events, gatherings, or additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Extra charges may apply.
