For the length of your stay, the gates close behind you. There are no other guests and no shared spaces, just the gardens, the pool and the farm, kept just for you.

All five stays (the Manor House, the Oude Skool Huis and three cottages), sleeping up to 16 guests, with the gardens, pool and farm to yourselves.
What does it cost?
Winter (1 May – 30 September): R38,610 a night, two-night minimum.
Summer (1 October – 30 April): R46,350 a night, three-night minimum.
Rates are valid for 2026 and 2027.
Can we host a celebration for more than 16 guests?
Yes. Our one-night Celebrations package welcomes up to 40 guests, with the farm and accommodation for 16 included. Winter from R64,110, summer from R97,850.
Is there a restaurant on site?
We don’t have a restaurant, but the Manor House kitchen is available for your own cooking or an outside caterer. We’re happy to recommend caterers and chefs.
How far are you from Cape Town?
Eikehof is conveniently located just 90 minutes from Cape Town in the Breede River Valley. The drive is absolutely stunning!

Yes. Extra beds and cots are R250 a day. Additional staff for set-up or housekeeping are available on request.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights in winter and three nights in summer. Celebrations are one night.
Are there additional guest accommodations in the area?
Yes. The Breede River Valley has plenty of guest farms nearby, and we’re happy to share a list for anyone in your group who’d like to stay close by.
